1. Use of Website

This website is operated by Windridge Farm for the purpose of selling farm products directly to consumers. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable HST will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Product availability and pricing may change without notice due to seasonal and supply factors.
Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees and taxes.
We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
Order confirmation does not guarantee availability - in rare cases of overselling, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards via Square. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption. We also accept Interac e-Transfer as an offline payment method — instructions are provided at checkout. e-Transfer payments must be sent within 48 hours of placing your order, and your order is confirmed once the transfer is received.
