Delivery & Pickup Policy

Windridge Farm offers two fulfillment options: Farm Pickup and Local Delivery to select areas near Mono, Ontario.
Farm Pickup
- Farm Share members: Thursdays 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (exclusive pickup window)
- Farm stand open to all: Thursdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Location: 834532 4th Line EHS
- Free of charge - no minimum order
- Farm Share orders must be reserved ahead of time
- Produce is picked fresh for Thursday — best to pick up that day
Local Delivery
- We deliver to select zones on scheduled weekly routes
- Orders must be placed before the cutoff time for your zone
- Delivery windows are approximate - you'll receive a notification when we're on our way
- Someone must be available to receive perishable items, or provide cold-storage instructions

Important Notes
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Delivery fees are per order, not per item
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery zones and fees with notice
- Severe weather may delay deliveries - we'll contact you if affected
- Perishable products should be refrigerated upon receipt
