Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about ordering, delivery, and our farm.

How do I place an order?

Farm Share programs can be purchased online through our Programs page. For everything else — produce, eggs, flowers — come to the farm stand in person on Thursdays.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Full Harvest boxes to Mono, Mono Mills, Orangeville, Caledon Village, and Caledon East. We’ll add deliveries to areas like Shelburne, Alliston, and others if there’s enough interest. For everything else, come to the farm stand on Thursdays.

When are deliveries and pickups?

Pickups are Thursdays at the farm — Farm Share members 4:00–6:00 PM, farm stand open to everyone 6:00–7:30 PM. Deliveries go out earlier on Thursdays before the pickup window — exact timing to be confirmed. If there are enough deliveries in a week, they’ll be split between Thursday and Friday.

Do you offer farm share programs?

Yes! We offer weekly Farm Share programs — produce boxes you sign up for online. Pay up front for the season, then pick up weekly at the farm. Check the Programs page for details and availability.

Are your products organic?

We are not certified organic and don't plan to be, but we follow the same or stricter practices. We don't use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Under Canadian law we can't label our products as organic without certification, but we're transparent about exactly how everything is grown.

Do you have eggs?

Yes — our hens are pasture-raised with supplemental feed. Eggs are available at the farm stand on a first come, first serve basis.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final — no refunds or returns. Farm Share programs can be cancelled for a full refund up to 4 days before your first scheduled pickup. Once the season starts, no refunds. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours and we may replace it or issue a credit at our discretion. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

Do you charge tax?

Most food items are tax-exempt. Ontario HST (13%) applies to delivery, cut flowers, and preserves, as required by law.

Can I visit the farm?

The farm stand is open Thursdays — Farm Share members from 4:00–6:00 PM, and everyone else from 6:00–7:30 PM. We're not set up for general farm tours outside of store hours.

How do I contact you?
