Refund & Returns Policy

At Windridge Farm, all sales are final. Because we sell perishable farm products and community-supported agriculture programs, we do not offer refunds or returns under normal circumstances.

General Policy

  • All sales are final — no refunds, no returns.
  • This applies to all produce, eggs, flowers, preserves, and other items sold at the farm stand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with a photo.
  • We may replace the item or issue a credit at our discretion. This is not guaranteed.

Farm Share Programs

  • All programs are paid up front and are non-refundable once the season begins.
  • If you need to cancel, contact us at least 4 days before your first scheduled pickup for a full refund.
  • Spot transfers to another person require written consent from the farm.
  • Unused credits do not carry over between seasons.
