Parmesan Peas
A fast pan side of peas with lemon, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp unsalted butter or cooking oil
2 cans reduced-sodium peas, drained and rinsed (or 16 ounces frozen peas)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Heat the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the peas and cook 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
3. Add the lemon juice and black pepper and mix well.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve warm.
