Lemon Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head broccoli, in florets 1 head cauliflower, in florets 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the oven to 425F. 2. Toss the broccoli and cauliflower with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Roast until browned and tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. 4. Toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan before serving.

Tips
