Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots
Roasted carrots glazed with honey, thyme, and butter.

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
4 sprigs thyme
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 425F.
2. Toss the carrots with honey, butter, oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange on a sheet pan with the thyme.
4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
5. Serve warm.
Tips
Windridge original. Use thicker carrots for roasting and save the smallest ones for soup or snacks.
