Simple Garden Herb Scrambled Eggs
Soft scrambled eggs finished with herbs and served on toast.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped herbs
1 tbsp cream or milk, optional
Salt and pepper
Toast for serving
Instructions
1. Whisk the eggs and cream if using.
2. Melt the butter over medium-low heat.
3. Add the eggs and stir gently until soft curds form.
4. Remove from the heat while still slightly glossy.
5. Season and top with herbs.
6. Serve on toast.
