Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 3 jalapeno chiles, finely chopped and seeded if desired 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. 2. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a covered glass or plastic container.
