Farm Egg Frittata with Garden Herbs
An oven-finished skillet frittata with seasonal vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 cup diced vegetables, such as zucchini, onion, or sweet peppers
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 375F.
2. Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the vegetables in butter in an oven-safe skillet.
4. Pour in the eggs and top with cheese and herbs.
5. Cook 3 minutes on the stove.
6. Bake until set, about 12 minutes.
