Cucumber, Yogurt and Herb Dip
A cool cucumber dip with yogurt, dill, lemon, and garlic, served with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup baby carrots
Instructions
1. Peel, seed, and grate one cucumber.
2. Slice the second cucumber and set it aside.
3. Mix the yogurt, grated cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a serving bowl.
4. Chill for 1 hour.
5. Arrange the sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, and carrots on a platter.
6. Serve the vegetables with the cucumber dip.
